As a user of our services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, complying with all applicable laws, not interfering with service operation, and immediately notifying any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments are processed according to the selected plan. Overdue invoices may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. All prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Under no circumstances shall Ayphu be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. In case of termination, you will have 15 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our servers.
